Sorry--it's been so busy, I got behind on posting for bookgroup!
For our June 26th meeting, we discussed Anne Tyler's, French Braid. Most of the group didn't particularly care for the book but they all gave it a passing grade. The discussion sheet is available here.For July 31st, we read The Lincoln Highway by Amor Towles. We had a great discussion about the characters, their actions, and their intentions/motivations. Everyone commented about how quickly they read the book even though it was more than 500 pages. All ratings were high for this book and it was a great read for our group.
